My self-proclaimed nickname in high school was Q.O.A.T.I.B. (Queen of All that is Burgundy). Up until a year or two ago, you would be very hardpressed to find me on a day when I wasn't wearing burgundy in some shade or form. Well, things have changed, my old favorite color has been churned with some white to create my new favorite color: PINK! Just look at my knitting projects ... the main color for 75% of them was pink. When I went shopping for my vacation clothing last month (or resort clothing, as my mother calls it), I bought home 3 pink shirts.

I'm rambling about the color pink, I really need to shut up now.

So the new project I'm working on is for my sister. She's graduating next month and I want to give her something for the dorms. I'm going to buy her a shower radio (if you knew anything about her, you'd know that this is the perfect, most thoughtful gift for her) and I'm knitting her two flower washcloths (one pink, and one green). If I have enough time, I'll knit her a white one too (because I so love that color combination).
