Last semester, I let the "hustle & bustle" of dorm-life get in the way of my studies & I failed a course for the first time ever: Calculus II. Luckily, at my university, they have a nifty little thing called the "forgiveness policy." Throughout your 4 years as an undergrad (more if you're special), you are given 3 of these to use on whatever courses you'd like. Basically, if you take the course again, the failed course still shows up on your transcript, but it's not accounted for in your overall GPA. Good stuff, huh?
So I have a test in calculus tomorrow ... and what am I doing in lieu of obviously-needed studying? Writing in this addictive forum of attention. Anyone reading this entry is an enabler of my laziness, hope you're proud of yourself!
